GENERAL TERMS-Read all the rule, before purchasing.
-I have right to reject any order that I feel uncomfortable or isn't skill enough.
DURING WORK-The comm will take 1-2 weeks (Or more) to finish.(Up to the work)
-Please don't rush me if you want your work to come out good.
-The preview of your work is up to the comm that you purchased.(Some is just the finish product.) I will send you a sketch with my watermark on. I'm going to send you the sketch first. I'll edit it if you don't like the first sketch but I'll edit it only 1 time and send you the sketch again.
WORK COMPLETED-I'll email you and send you the product in PNG. The size is up to the comm that you purchased.
COPYRIGHTMe, Feli (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:-Promote myself with it everywhere.
-Display it everywhere to my liking. (Social media ,etc)
-Post it where/whenever I want.The buyer is allowed to:-Use the comm piece for personal use unless agree otherwise. (Use as your profile, Upload it)
-Claim the character as their own but not the artwork.
-Use the work to promote themself but with credit.The following is considered copyright infringement:-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially WITHOUT MY CONSENT. (Making money off it in any ways.)
-Claiming artwork as your own.
-Removing my signature (Watermark) from the artwork.
-Altering the artwork without my consent.
REFUND-The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start the lineart.
-If you cancel your work before I start you will get full refund.
-You will get refunded by Ko-fi and bank transfers only.
